Made-to-order, made with love.

Every item is made for you after you order, so we handle returns a little differently than big-box stores.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email support@veltron.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Changed your mind / wrong size? Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's-remorse or sizing mistakes. Check our size chart before ordering. Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll try to change/cancel before production.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable: gift cards and final-sale items.
